Wyckoff Spring Setup
Wyckoff's most famous setup. A final shakeout below the trading range support that quickly reverses back into the range — trapping shorts and giving the Composite Operator the last cheap inventory before markup.

How this is measured →Setup Criteria
- › Trading range has formed (Phase A and B)
- › Price breaks below range support (the 'spring')
- › Volume is lighter on the breakdown than range avg
- › Fast recovery back into the range on increased volume
- › Followed by a Test on lighter volume that holds
Buy on the Test of the Spring low (lower volume hold).
Below the Spring low — if it breaks, your thesis is wrong.
