Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with Legend AI. This policy explains how cancellations, renewals, and refunds work. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account's billing portal. When you cancel, your subscription stops auto-renewing and you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. After that, your account reverts to the free tier — you won't lose your data.
2. Free trial
If your plan includes a free trial, you won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. If you don't cancel, the subscription begins and your payment method is charged when the trial ends.
3. 7-day money-back guarantee (first payment)
If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first paid charge and we'll refund that charge in full. This applies to your initial purchase only.
4. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. Because you can cancel anytime to prevent the next charge, renewal payments and partial (mid-period) cancellations are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If you were charged due to a clear billing error, contact us and we'll make it right.
5. How to request a refund
Email us via the contact page from the email address on your account, with the date of the charge. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
